Order Cut-Off Time:

• All orders placed prior to 3:30 PM PST, Monday through Friday will ship the same business day.
• Orders placed after 3:30 PM PST will ship on the next business day.
• Saturday delivery is only available in certain areas. 

Delivery Delays: 

• While we aim for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee on-time arrival due to potential weather, mechanical, or carrier-related delays. Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers. 

Shipping Restrictions: 

• FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
